Tabs can have permissions, and can also be external links to websites

Support for multiple rows of tabs if you have many many tabs!

One thing that most forum software is missing is a decent mobile view.
More and more people are viewing their favorite websites using a mobile device.
Tapatalk is one solution but it is a dedicated app that has to be bought.

For ezForum I would like to have dedicated css as option for different mobile devices. Which will allow creating custom views for devices such as the iPhone, iPad etc


SMS -
For topic replies, watching certain topics, login attempt notice, secondary password recovery.
SMS can also be handy for event notification as well.

I do have experience with SMS what would probably happen is some kind of API intergartion to a third party to send the sms.

When reporting a bug with ezForum pleas include the following:

The full error message including the line and file number if possible.
Steps to recreate the bug'
What PHP version you are running
If it is a browser/style design bug. What browser you are using along with the version of that browser.

Providing this information will help speed up troubleshooting and working on a fix for the bug.

Welcome to the support forums! Below is a couple tips/rules to help make this board as friendly as possible.

First try to search the forum and see if your question has been answered before.

Also if you have an error or issue. Please list as much information as possible. Such as the full error message, a link to your site, what version of ezForum you are running. And what your PHP version

Please only bump after 24 to 48 hours if possible

Will be reaching out to past mod/theme developers on SMF.
One thing that really discourages me from doing more free mods for SMF is i know the review time is months and the more complex the mod I make the longer it takes to review so it is better for me to write basic mods in that case.

I have now done my own login system for Facebook,Twitter,LinkedIn and Google+


Pininterest is also a new comer will probably add it as an option as well.

I have seen some cool features lately from VanillaForums.com

They have two neat system one is member badges for doing certain tasks. I did build a mod for this for SMF called badge awards.

There other is reactions system.


What are your thoughts on gamification for forums? Do you think it is helpful for a community?

New board level control settings:

RSS Feed Icon.
Social sharing icons as option

Able to upload a custom image for the board. Option for new and non new images

Gender based boards.
Age based limited boards

Option to make board visible but topics invisible inside board.

Board option to allow users to create topics visible to staff but not to other normal forum members
