Multiple forums shared Userbase/Configurations

I am thinking it would be cool to have a shared userbase system when you have multiple forums that you control.

You could share bans,members, configuration settings. Would be an easy way to grow a network of forum sites.

I believe this will allow webmasters to arrange their forums as this.

Board 1 -> board.domain.com
Board 2- ->board2.domain.com

If it does then that will be a great feature. There are handful of admins who are always requesting features such as those and they usually run gaming forums. They want to give games or clans, their own forum but allow all site members to gain access to those "sub forums" that are hosted on a subdomain. 

This will be very appealing to them.
